You are terribly sweet! .. I am sorry ..possibly I will mail you when I finally get settled in my new apt.. I actually just moved ... and moving again in a month .. will explain .. something I shall say is that I DID NOT do anything to myself ..someone did this to me... and my anger bout it cant subside .. however I allowed it to happen ..well many smiles and good luck- you seem like a good person/soul!

I know its been a while my sweet friend .. moved .. back is soooooo bad .. HOWEVER i am determined to fight mother nature and the person that did this to me and LIVE and will help others to see how they can do the same! will explain more when my apartment situation gets settled ... I am sorry to hear bout your pain .. ty for ur concern bout my back .. unfortunetely it seems - which i never thought would ever ever ever happen - that this is something that will hurt me for the rest of my life! it is debilitating in such a way i can not explain so so bad ,,HOWEVER i will not NOT let it stop me from succeeding .. i do not care what G-D has in store for me-I will beet this no matter how much pain I endure .. sending butterfly smiles for a beautiful day G-D bless d:)

Hi my friend - thank you for you encouraging words.. my back is very bad .. I tend to pretend to ignore it - though this kind of pain is one of which can't be ignored. Bla! stinks though I have to believe there is a reason for why this happened -is the only thing that keeps me fighting. ty for asking and hope your doing well - how is everything with you? smiles d :)

Oh missed your question bout the rehab on back .. not so good . though till I finally finish my quest for the year .. in hopes of reaching my goal .. my back suffers badly .. pain med numbs the signals of nerves to muscles .. which inevitably is only making situation worse - refuse to sit on butt and let life ride by - and will take care of it when success reaches my life and dreams.. I am sure you can understand .. smiles :)
