Starting out as a Gymnast .. I continued to want to help people help themselves.. as well as continue improving my life! :)
Why I Love It:
Thinking what the alternative is.. I have no choice.. and dont want to live my life at any age not being able to do the things I love .. like rollerblading down AIA .. in Miami.. and have the wind and ocean air blowing on my face :)
How I Stay Motivated:
Same as knowing that if I dont take care of my body - which is the only one I will ever have, and the source to my being - well.. I think we can all answer that question... the horrific alternative! Keeping fit is not a choice it is a way of life for me!!! And through that it enables me to help others!
BB Accomplishments:
Iron Man third place.. 2007 .. and competitng .. which is a dream I never thought to have been at .. at this point in my life.. key is to know - believe - and know you can do anything if you believe enough in yourself.. and thank G-D I have that! Just pushing my body to limits I never thought possible still to this day I would say is a major accomplishment.

Goal (Long):
I continue my journey in this wonderful sport of Figure. Gosh I love it so and so glad to have stumbled across the NPC and IFBB. I am a competitor by nature as you know I competed in gymnastics when I was a tee-pod. :) . I now am looking forward to the Masters In Pittsburgh and truly - truly - truly hope to do well in it.
I am hoping to succeed in Figure so that I can focus where my heart really is and always has been which is in Fitness. I want to earn my Pro card in Figure so that I can focus completely and fully on dedicating my time to my routine. This is so important to me because I was getting ready to compete in Fitness ten yrs ago prior to my six surgeries which prevented that from happening.. Now Nothing will! :)
ok it is official the scale has said 249 for 3 day!!!! I felt great when it go under 250 now there is no stopping me next 230. Change my workout around and it think thing are starting to show up as the fat goes away

Asked the kids to get burger for the 4 of july they cam back with ground turkey and said we like these better. Maybe there is hope for this fast food genuration
have a training question.
could I cramp all my 4 days exercise into 2 days? like if I do one day upper body the next day legs cant I do it all in one day?
sorry what i was saying is my 15 old son thought that my workout sucked and his was better so I told him to try it for a week and see how he liked it. After two days he was crying like a little baby and said that is was to hard! I told him that he said this was an old mans workout. this shut him up and made him work hard because you cant get bet my Dad at anything
i dont think my blogs are negative some are inspirational.
But I believe for some alittle negative though on things wil make them work extra hard, different strokes for different folks.
