Calorie Reduction with increase calorie burning.
My nutrition will consist of lean protiens, mostly chicken and fish. I use a food journal on my phone to keep track of what I eat during the day. I will cut back on breads. Increase more veggies, keep nuts and fruits such as apples as the prefered choice for snacks.
My days will start off with a high fiber like oatmeal. For lunch I will lean more for grilled or baked fish, chicken or turkey. Then for dinner I will try to end the day with mostly veggies and a small lean protien.

Starting Supplement Program
Currently getting back to taking some supplements. Right now I'm on Mega Men Sport Multi-vitamin and GNC Triple Strength Fish Oil 1400 +Brain Support. Will adventually add more as I progress.
Adding more now just added GNC Amplified Whebolic Extreme 60 to my daily routine will see how it goes.
Just completely switched protien now just taking Gaspari Myofusion.
