My dad's been lifting his whole life (and yeah he's still lifting 6 days/week!!) and we were receiving tones of fitness magazines and stuff like that!! But it really started when he gave me my first "Muscles and Fitness Hers" in my christmas sock, when I was 16! Since then, he hired me a trainer and I started lifting!!!After reading a few fitness magazines, I just fell in love with the amazing physiques of figure/fitness competitors!!!
Why I Love It:
Love to sweat and feel the burn of lifting...and also the great definition that it gives me!!
BB isn't only a sport, thats a LIFESTYLE!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at figure competitions(and visualize me in this stage)...and because the BB diet and training just became my life....I couldn't live an other way!
