How I Started:
By my Dad! He's been doing bodybuilding for almost 25 years now, so weights have always been a big part of my life since childhood!...when he gave me my first Muscles&Fitness Hers, it just totally turned me into starting lifting!
Why I Love It:
Love to sweat and feel the burn of lifting...and also the great definition that it gives me!! BB isn't only a sport, thats a LIFESTYLE!
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at figure competitions(and visualize me in this stage)...and because the BB diet and training just became my life....I couldn't live an other way!

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
SuperPump250 30 to 40 minutes before training and a meal high in protein and moderate carbs an hour before hitting the gym /or a protein shake 30 minutes before.
