I love it because I get to watch what my hard work is creating in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I haven't had the problem about staying motivated yet. Im fortunate enough that this is one of the things that I can stick to and I enjoy doing. It just part of my life now.
So if it is going to be a winter bulk you are gonna cut until then? I am going to do 2 four month bulks followed by 2 two month cuts. That is my game plan for the next 12 months. I would like to be cut for summer but I want to get big asap. Any good tips to share? My tip is that a good diet is far better than a **** load of cardio. I learned that from my current cut. I do way less cardio then I did last year with way better results.
Yeah good idea. My arms got bigger when I went on my 2nd cut. I plan on switching my routine every 3 months or when I go from a cut to a bulk and vice versa. I am going to post new pics on monday and take the week off. I am going to use the week to decide whether to keep cutting or bulk. I am pretty sure I am going to cut. How far are you going to cut?
I just measured with a string and then measured the string with a ruler. Arms were cold I got 15.25". I would love to get to 17 within a year and a half. You?
You are making good progress man, looks like you are losing fat as you are gaining muscle keep up the diet and hard work! Your new progress pic is proof of your hard work stay motivated!
Right now in good lighting/sun I can see them pretty good. I just don't know if I want to keep cutting and possible lose some of my muscle. I'm not that big to begin with. I am trying to decide if I should start another bulk in a few weeks or keep cutting. I wish I would have been working my obliques during my bulk they are lagging.
just take a couple shots of vodka or something....then before bed overload on water, and same when you wake up in the a.m. DONT train the day after a drinking binge...bad on your body.
your diets going to be the biggest thing as i said before. I personally dont take any of those supps, did when i was younger. I get most of what i need from what i eat, then i take advocare. I use catalyst which is an amino acid complex,arginine,a preworkout energy drink called spark, a post workout protien shake,and then i use other types of protein. Ill be starting a diet this week that will last me 12 weeks.NOT looking forward to the first ohhh 4 to 5 of them:/
