I love seeing the little changes week to week and then seeing the before pictures from before I did this. Why didn't I start sooner?
How I Stay Motivated:
When people I have not seen in awhile come up to me and say how great I look!

I did 3 shows back to back all in 3 weeks and they were my first ones and I did not decide to do them until 10 weeks out. With more prep time this year hopefully Ill do better in the spring!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Tank top, sports bra, pants or shorts....Right now I am keeping an eye on my progress for my upcoming shows and I need to see as much of my body as possible

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Doesnt everybody? =) If your not, your not lifting heavy enough!!
