Man...how are you doing? Chicago was great... now I'm packing and my wife and I are off for a drive to Jacksonville and then to Vegas.... I have not really pushed myself working out at all... sort of sad... just focusing on moving and moving to my new duty station... Blessed with a great metabolism... looks like you were able to really cut up easily... your doing fine... don't get discouraged when you slack a bit, you have a good base... I need to work on mine though....ahhh, frustrations.

Hello. I have one question. Fist off, my connection is so slow here in Iraq that I couldn't view all of your blogs to research my question. The 'cutting' phase...what is your diet to get that fat to shed off and is it the diet alone doing the cutting up during that phase. I want to lose some serious fat and get down to my smaller me but then at the same time build up my mass...but my fat has to go... thanks

I can't see the ones you have because the govt computer I use blocks the pictures link but not the progress pictures link... You look great now and you mentioned the pant sizes dropping etc...so can you transfer them now to the progress part... thanks (how's chicago, cold I bet)

Hmm, so the tuna will not help me in the long run...what do you suggest in addition. I just feel like any carb I eat goes to my gut... Its frustrating.

Every time I see someone older than I am I have to smile and say, yeah, that can be me... any insight about eating habits and in particular leg exercises and middle back (as in the thickness down the spine) that I can do? Thanks.
