Hi Donna - Wanted to let you know we had a baby boy last month - his name is Charlie. Both mom and baby are doing well - three kids 4 and under - yep, we are busy!! Also, did you read the new Natural BB and Fitness mag. yet? Look who is on page 64 - and YOU took the picture!!

Hi Donna - Happy New Year to you too!! Been fighting a rotator cuff problem, but hopefully, I will be on the mend in the near future. Busy preparing for our third child due any day now!! BB has taken a bit of a back seat for now!! Hope all is well. Mike

Wow - you are really traveling for your first show! We should email each others progress and keep each other motivated - just a thought! Keep up the great work. I am on the real lean side right now because I had a lot to lose, but right now I am sitting at 5'8" and 160 at 8.5% b.f. ( I have lost over 10" in my waist since December, 2006) - really happy with where I am right now. You look good and have plenty of muscle -you will do fine. Mike

I am looking at 2 shows - one an NPC show on November 10th in Rockford, Illinois and the other on November 17th which is an OCB show in Dekalb, Illinois
