i was always a "par" athlete nothin better or worse' i lifted for wrestling but could never stayed motivated. i always liked lookin through the bb mags with ronnie, and now Wolf with his amazing v taper...And think wow i need to GROW...
Why I Love It:
I am free when i lift!! only me and the iron nothing else on my mind except excellence.

The Mirror keeps me motivated' i can see a million flaws with a simple glance.

As a Navy corpsman fighting alongside Marines i received instant respect when i first got put into my marine Plt. being able to pull my marines out of there seven tons both with full PPE on and my med bag and carry them 50 yards or more without stopping alowed them to feel safe with me and they know when the sh!t gets hot i'll be able to get them out alive. Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
After a short nap after work i woke up with all the sores and pains of my latest workouts... damn it HURT so GOOD!!!
i love bb.com only here can i say stuff like that and everyone just gets me! One of of my fellow shipmates challenged me to a 2 month cut... he has no idea what he has got...
hey man a little encouraging critique for you. for your chest and back progress is amazing! you have gotten serious mass in both places. A point to consider . your midsection is losing some of its definition. Might I suggest a cut cycle to reclaim some definition?
