for now i'm doing this.
weight day:
10x5 deadlift
10x5 over head sqaut
5x5 bench press (heavy)
10x5 close grip lat rows
dips-5x5-50lbs over.
next day:
30x5 pushups
20x5 pullups(all the way down)
10x5 thrusters
dips 10x5
then rest day with 2mile run.
