Background

When I Started: Nov 2011
HOW I STARTED:

I've been running since about sophomore year. i tried to run at least 5 miles a day. usually i would run about 8. i got too thin and in november i got my 7th case of shin splints and i decided to give the weights a shot, in a few days i saw major results and i've kept at it since.

WHY I LOVE IT:

female attention, look in the mirror, being shirtless.
