After my first tour in Afghanistan, I came back loosing some serious weight from the high intensity of the deployment. I spent the better part of 07’ recuperating and training hard for our next tour that was set for Iraq. I never been into bodybuilding but a few months into this deployment and with the resources available in Iraq that wasn’t available in Afghanistan I’ve been working out on a steady schedule. I have been hooked on workouts like cross fit and my buddies have been supportive and definitely help keep the motivation up on days you just don’t feel like working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the intensity and the focus that you get when working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm looking forward to getting back to the states and trying to go SOF.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to be able to complete 50 straight arm pull ups and squat in the low fours.
