Overall Goal: Slightly increase upper body. Start working on the lower back. Seriously increase the squat, it's really bad.

How I Started:
At the time I was about 1m81 and only 63kg, doing stamina sports mainly. Given the way I was built back then, I decided to concentrate on strength.
Why I Love It:
Gets my mind off of things. I can workout anytime I like, and the feeling you get after a decent workout is simply great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, once you've worked to build something up, you want to maintain it. Changing your focus from one muscle group to another introduces new challenges. I keep track of my stats, and set goals, which makes it interesting, and make you feel good about yourself once you see you can actually get there.
Since I had finished my previous program, built around a coan cycle for squat, deadlift and benchpress (see results here), I decided to build a new one. Instead of picking one of the more popular programs, I set up a list of requirements and started building a custom program. There...
