How I Started:
At the time I was about 1m81 and only 63kg, doing stamina sports mainly. Given the way I was built back then, I decided to concentrate on strength.
Why I Love It:
Gets my mind off of things. I can workout anytime I like, and the feeling you get after a decent workout is simply great.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, once you've worked to build something up, you want to maintain it. Changing your focus from one muscle group to another introduces new challenges. I keep track of my stats, and set goals, which makes it interesting, and make you feel good about yourself once you see you can actually get there.

Hey! Ah I have? I can't really see that myself... =/ The food is going ok. I'm still missing some meals on the day that I dont have time to eat. I haven't weighed myself on a long time now. But I guess im still around 49 - 50 kg. In my mind, waaayy to much.... Take care!
