Workout Program:
Wednesday 06/20/07 Kickboxing for 1 hr @ 6:30 am

Thursday 6/21/07 Leg workout with Cathe Friedrich video "GYM STYLE LEGS" 45 minutes (working on improving that time)

Friday 6/22/07 Upperbody workout Chest & biceps 50 minutes @ 6:30 am. Cardio @ 8:30 pm for 45 minutes

Saturday Upperbody workout triceps and back 50 minutes @ 6:30 am. Cardio @ 8:30 pm for 50 minutes

Sunday Rest and Recoup.
