Not having fun just yet. I'm feeling stuck at work right now but can't wait for tonight..ahhh..I love fridays ;) hope you had a great workout session. Continue training hard, your hard work is paying off big time :)

no not at all..That schedule was just for the remainder of this week. I'll post next week's routine once this week is out. Thanks for the helpful advice. I really need to sit down and plan my workout schedule so it's more cohesive, i'll be working on incorporationg your suggestions into my routine and once it's done. I'll post it for your review. Thanks buddy! :)

The abbrevation is right for MA. The weather is sleep in type thing, cloudy, cold and blah..LOL. So you usually prep your meals for the weekend on friday? Is that to avoid temptation that might come on the weekend?

The only to not overeat is to weigh meals, you're right about that. Is the program enjoyable though? I've heard about keto but don't know much about it.

awww, poor arms..LOL. I'm quite sore myself seeing as how i just got started with consistently working out. You saw my workout routine right? Is that alright for now or does it need tweaking? I'm not even sure how many reps, sets i should be doing for each body part. Right now i'm doing three sets of 8 while increasing my weights for each set.

My training is going great, Since i'm just getting started with consistently working out, i'm sore, but that's always a good feeling. You're so consistent with your workouts, i really admire that about you :). Loving the new avi by the way, you look sexiii

It's going great! It's friday so i'm really happy about that and i'm progressing along nicely, a little sore from my workouts but that's always a good feeling :) and you, how are you doing?
