well they are pretty hard to maintain, because i dont naturally have big abs, i do crunches, bicycles (bring elbows to opposite knees) and throwdowns, everyday on the decline, if i stop for a few weeks they start dissapearing

yeah i used taht but i have tro train more the lower abs to let them be visible so i changed some exercise and accent more the lower abs w/ leg raise and reverse crunches..what do you do?
