How I Started:
At some point in your life you get tired of seeing the negative changes with your body. The difference is that I'm deciding to do something about it and others decide just to live with it.
Why I Love It:
I have always been an active person. Since I have been out of the gym lately I have become more lazy than ever. When I work out It keeps me energized. Plus, I would like to look in the mirror and like what I see.
How I Stay Motivated:
As of now the only thing that keeps me motivated is music and people that are fit.
I have been an athlete throughout my years of high school. Working out is just something I've always enjoy doing but I just couldn't get the motivation to stick with it. I would love to be fit with muscles and nice abs. It would be nice to be able to take my shirt off and not worry about how my mid section look. I'm not saying I would like to be small cause I don't. hell I weight 176Lbs. That is small, but I would love to weigh between 180-190 with muscle and low fat percentage.
