I'm here man. Just low profile. Still hitting the weights. Actually stopped the DominATP and went back to AP/PSlin. Trying out iForce's Hemavol too.

Just maintaining. Got up to 218-220, then pulled the bulk brakes. Doing HIIT cardio a couple times/week. You gotta get back on the blog stick man!

Training is good. I've gained the 15 you lost (on purpose!) - bulking for a few more weeks, then plan to lean out slowly.

I'm doing fine. Trying to keep the needle moving. About to reintroduce to stay lean during my march to 230 lbs. Looks like you're working hard too!

I'm getting better by the day as I tune out more & more distractions. Can't imagine trying to focus on training in your environment - and with a smile on your face too!
