Thanks for the comment. I keep my definition by working out 2 to three times a day. Mornings I run and I try to make it intervals. Afternoon I lift, Usually some type of workout using complexes or crossfit. In the evenings I do MMA and boxing.

Keep training hard and the results come. I weighed 270 about 3 years ago and now I am down to 218. It can be done!

Man, you used to be big! I hit about 270 after I was done playing college fb so I know how that goes. Good luck on those elusive abs.
