How I Started:
I started working for HS football back in 1994. Between 94 and 2005 I lifted for strength and size. My weight got out of hand and at the beginning of 2006 I joined the Army and needed to drop weight so my focus turned to loosing weight. Now my workouts are designed to get stronger andto shred the fat off me.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a release for all the daily stress life brings. I also love the way I feel after I get done working out.
