I started in High School but my routine has stop since I left the military in 2004. But now I am getting back into the swing of things.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it allows me to see the beauty of my mind and body working as one.

I was able to lose over 50 Lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) dropped from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 also in the same 12 weeks with BFL. I have found that you get the best results by following a well-designed program such as Body for Life. If you challenge yourself you will be amazed at the changes and how fast they happen.
