Hi D. Thank you for the friend request and for the nice comment and compliment you attached. Thank you, too, for your notice of my "artisic flair" - I do like my pics to be creative, artistic and different as long as they come across as classy (not everyone "sees" the same pic I do). Most of all, THANK YOU for your service!

You're such a sweetie! Thanks so much for your kind words. How are things in Afghan? I hope you're hanging in there. How are the workouts going? I'm on a 3 week break (surgery). It will be 1 week on Tuesday. I can lift again on the 29th. I can't wait! :)
As a former military man and a guy with a little bit of ink I wanted to drop by and compliment you on your development and the dedication and determination it took to build it. You are a fantastic example of what can be done when someone decides to do it. You are a great inspiration to so many others. Stay strong, focused and determined.
My leg is a memorial piece my grandpa. He taught me things like welding and how to build almost anything. He literally was McGyver! The words are from the Jabberwocky poem from Alice in Wonderland. It's about a little boy who slays a monster, but it turns out that the monster was not flesh and blood, but a figment of his internal fear.
