I set a goal of getting to 180 from 155 and I did it and then tore out my shoulder four days later....back to 155 now but getting started back up again!
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Squats. because if not done with the right form someone can really hurt their body.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I tore my labrium in my left shoulder. I was out for three months before rehab started and then an additional 4 months after that. I recovered after my surgery by very, very light weights.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor technique or in my case my spotter dropped it on me.
Started it to get cut up and then eventually put on some size... im up about 4-5 pounds on a daily basis but showing a quite a bit more def than usual.... the light days of eating definately make working out harder! haha
