How I Started:
I picked up my first weight at the tender age of eleven and performed several reps of shoulder presses. I regularly consumed issue after issue of Muscle and Fitness around age fourteen. I started lifting on and off around age 26 until I fell ill to ulcerative colitis but here I am again :) A trainer walked up to me at the gym and told me I should take advantage of my "great genetics". Then another trainer scooped me up lol
Why I Love It:
I love the challenge, the discipline, and the high. I love being part of an "elite" brotherhood and sisterhood of people who love iron as much as I do.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm [a bit] vain so it's not a huge problem staying motivated. In fact, I tend to gain muscle easily so it doesn't take that much effort, however, I put it in anyway.
BB Accomplishments:
Watching my body blossom naturally without the aid of drugs. Just knowing I have this ability is a confidence booster.
