How I Started:
I got started working out actively b/c I became very lazy and let myself go. Now, working out and eating right is part of my day to day life and I love it!
Why I Love It:
Nothing compares to the feeling after a workout - well, almost nothing. It provides me with a sense of control over my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by listening to music and seeing results.
So I am now able to run a 7 minute mile which is crazy in itself b/c I hate running! ^^ I must admit though after I made that accomplishment I am beginning to like it a lot more. I can contribute all of this as a result from the the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) I've been doing this...
