How I Started:
Been on and off for the last 10-12 years. Seems like everytime I deploy with the military I start up again and keep at it for a little bit. But then I drop off. Just want to stay more consistant in staying in shape.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. Gives me a sense of accomplishment

Really though, its not..AWFUL here. I just miss my car and being able to go swimming. Running is all fine and dandy, but swimming is where it's at! I do have a question though, how the heck am I suppose to know what supps I should take and which ones are goin to work best for me? They aren't very cheap to do a lot of experimenting with, not on my paycheck anyway.
Im over in balad too. I usually run outside, or on the eliptic. I've just started about a month or so ago. I've lost 8lbs. its harder for females. I try and do at least 35 mins of cardio 5 days a week. I want to get into a little weights but i'm not sure where to start. So how long are you over here for?
