I have always tried to stay active and maintain a regular workout schedule. Now I want to really focus and transform myself.
Why I Love It:
There is no way for us to remain healthy without exercise. I love working out because I know it is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

I'm just starting to get back into shape again. I was in better shape several months ago but let myself go some. I want to be in even better shape than I was right after high school. I'm looking to get more lean, with better muscle tone, definition and size.
I plan on increasing muscle mass and possibly putting on 20 lbs of lean muscle in the next 6months to a year. Once I get there, hopefully I'll be lean but then I want to get really cut and defined.

i've been great actually.. still loving my training, even tho my body is absolutely exhausted! good thing it's my recovery week.. =) gearing up for a pretty busy summer with continued training, races and soccer.. just wish the nice weather would arrive.. kinda sucks that it's june and i'm still wearing my sweatshirt most days.. =(
