Hahah, nope, I have gotten 3 comments just online from my friends who know nothing about bbing and have more fat on there arms then I do on my whole body..I went to a pool party, and got "I see your arms got buff, but what happened to the middle part?"

Thanks for the comments, and I can't argue with you there, I know fully how weak my chest and shoulders are in comparison. Why do these biceps have to be so enticing to workout..
