Im pretty much now as dedicated as i have ever been. I plan on adding as much muscle as i can. If i lose some fat along the way that would be great.
Goal (Long):
Ok well ive been overweight for like the last ten years. Im embarrassed to take my shirt off and think my upper body looks puny. I pretty much want to lose the gut and add size to my upperbody. My legs are pretty good size but im still lifting heavy with them since i read that leg work helps you get strong everywhere. Well thats about it.
