"Well I accomplished my goal of winning a pro comp. I am going to USBF Jersey Shore on Sept 13th...goal is to take home the overall. Then another two comps before the Yorton Cup. Already entered in that."
Began working out on a consistant basis after the birth of my second child...teaching group fitness at a local gym. Began training for bodybuilding after the birth of my third child...a previous competitor told me to consider it because of my physique and muscularity. I love a challenge...here I am!
Why I Love It:
It's my "me" time. It's my stress reliever. I truly feel better overall when exercise and eating clean are in check. I love the way I look. My husband loves the way I look. The groundwork I am laying for my children pertaining to diet and exercise and overall wellness is priceless. They love their "Muscle Mommy".
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at previous pictures of myself before I began this journey...scary! As well as looking a pictures of myself during competition season...love it! My husband is incredibly supportive and my biggest fan! He motivates me to be my best and it there to pick my up when I stumble.

Well I accomplished my goal of winning a pro comp. I am going to USBF Jersey Shore on Sept 13th...goal is to take home the overall. Then another two comps before the Yorton Cup. Already entered in that.
Goal (Long):
My long term goals is to compete for as long as I have the passion to do so. I absolutely love doing this. I want to compete in OCB, USBF, FAME, NPC, NGA comps next year. Basically, I want to go whereever I can compete as a professional women's BB. Would love to compete in the NPC professionally (I know I have to qualify first though). I will keep y'all updated
I just wanted to stop by to congratulate you on all of your hard work and the great results you have achieved. I believe that people such as yourself who have worked hard to get their body into great shape and who many times are looked upon for advice or as a role model should be acknowledged and complimented. I hope that you have a fantastic 4th weekend and are able to stay strong, focused & determined. May God bless.
Thank you:) I would suggest shooting with the best proffesional photographer you can find first. Make sure you take photos that are similar to the magazines you want to be in. Once you have some proffesional pics, market yourself all over the interent on myspace, modelmayhem, and bodyspace.
