Began working out on a consistant basis after the birth of my second child...teaching group fitness at a local gym. Began training for bodybuilding after the birth of my third child...a previous competitor told me to consider it because of my physique and muscularity. I love a challenge...here I am!
Why I Love It:
It's my "me" time. It's my stress reliever. I truly feel better overall when exercise and eating clean are in check. I love the way I look. My husband loves the way I look. The groundwork I am laying for my children pertaining to diet and exercise and overall wellness is priceless. They love their "Muscle Mommy".
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at previous pictures of myself before I began this journey...scary! As well as looking a pictures of myself during competition season...love it! My husband is incredibly supportive and my biggest fan! He motivates me to be my best and it there to pick my up when I stumble.

My goal is to compete in the Yorton Cup this fall and see where it takes me from there. Looking at IFPA Pro Figure Comp in April 2010.
Goal (Long):
My long term goals is to compete for as long as I have the passion to do so. I absolutely love doing this. I want to compete in OCB, USBF, FAME, NPC, NGA comps next year. Basically, I want to go whereever I can compete as a professional women's BB. I want to do about 5 comps this year and compete in the Yorton Cup(injury kept me out this past year).
I find this member inspirational because he maintains the ability to push limits, respects himself enough to stay focused, and has a blast doing it. He also has the drive to not only keep himself on track but the unselfishness to pick up others along the way and take them to unimaginable heights of fitness and physique. Thanks Steve!...for all you do and your belief in me!
Oh u dont have to worry about that. If the browns ever got good id probably wouldnt be able to say anything becus of shock lol However thats not the case but the fact the steelers are 500 is unbelievable. And they lost to the browns?? I heard the suicide rate in PA tripled that nite alone hahaha How have u been? R u currently training for any shows??

that's good. I am getting back together from having the swine flu. I finally felt pretty good today but still took it easy in the gym today. Next week I should be better. I lost 8 lbs from being layed up in bed for 4 days. The Olympia was a great time. Good luck at Yorton.
