Why I Love It:
I love to work out becasue the gym is the place where I can get away and be in my own world. I also love the challenge of changing the look of my body.

I stay motivated by discovering the changes of my body, week in and week out.

My major accomplishments thus far is building 19" arms and working my way to finding my sixpack abs.
