How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
usually 10, although I like to vary my reps going as high as 20 and as low as 6 depending on the weight. I like my last rep of my last set to leave me feeling exhausted.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I let my heart rate determine the amount of rest between sets. When my breathing returns to normal I start the next set.
