Goal (Long):
In high school freshman year i weighted under 103lbs because i wrestled and always made weight.lol.Senior year i was around 165 and now 6 years later I'm about 197lbs. It was a long process but i look at my gains yearly not weekly and always love to see old pictures and laugh at my self,

yea I usually have a very strict diet, but these pics up now are ones where ive been eating more and trying to bulk, my older ones are when im cutting, you look good man, keep strong
