When I Started: 2006
How I Started: I started lifting in my late 20's and continued for approximately 12 years. I started getting hooked on long distance running and lifting fell to the sidelines. I ran several marathons, and love to run. My son is a competitive gymnist and competed at the Arnold classic last year. I toured the expo and met arnold at the event. I decided at that point to get back into lifting.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel so confident and energtic. The pump is an unbelievable feeling.
How I Stay Motivated: It is my time alone to enjoy the pump and some good music.

ya well we had crappy weather the past week and weekend. It's suppose to be in the 80's most of the week, but I like it MUCH HOTTER! How have things been?
