Thanks for the compliment. I have no problem geting tight or getting that hard grainey look but holding on to muscke while getting ripped is hard to do. that is the secret. I just wish I could get the muscle mass as Ronnie or Jay.All I can say is to be concistent with your diet and there are things that you have to give up. This is a lifestyle. Anyway.. I wish you the best of luck. Train Insane!
I dont really know, I have always been good at dead lift, and it has always been my favorite lift. The first time I tried it I got 225, and I recently started rippetoes at the start of february at 185x5 and have gone up to 230x5. Just do low reps, and push with your legs really hard. I have had many challenges with my bench though, it has only gone to 120x3x5 from 110x3x5. Hopefully I can get it to 135-140x3x5 at the end of march.. also my wrists always hurt
You're still pretty young, but have some impressive stats and not too bad of a physique for a young age. If you really want to add some size to those arms, try mixing up your training and try a lot of various exercises that you haven't done before. It's easy to get comfortable in the same routine at a young age (I did), but hang in there. Also..... eat, eat, eat!
thanks bro-sounds stupid but ya just gotta get on the groundand do some crunches-but change it up a bit...do like leg lifts and stuff too, good luck man
