Knowing that with each workout, I'm getting one step closer to the shape I want to be in. It seems like baby steps at times but it all adds up.
How I Stay Motivated:
I really liked being fit when I was younger and I realize that I was allowing the shape my body is in to limit the things I do in life. I have two children and a wonderful wife that deserve all I can give them and being fat is slowing me down.

Goal (Long):
I want to drop my weight down to about 215 lbs with 15-16% body fat. My main objectives are to have a visible six-pack by August 1st, 2010 and live a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. I want to learn more about nutrition and healthy eating. I want to learn more about exercise and fitness. I feel I can achieve these objectives by researching and talking with other people with similar goals. I have joined a few groups here on bb.com that i am finding very helpful as well.
Starting with Team Scivation this next week. Pretty excited about the new meal plan. Really helps with making sure I am eating the right foods in the correct portions. There are a lot of things I was trying to stay away from because of information I was given before, from friends and...

ah no worries just wanted to make sure you knew I was a female and not a male LMAO! well I started working a second job now im working 13-16 hours everyday so I have been super tired and just havent had the energy to go this has been for a at least 3 months now. im actually going in the morning starting with cardio only for 6 weeks then add weights again light weights with high reps
Doing good. Last weigh in lost 5 lbs. 1 inch and just about 1% body fat drop. Weigh in & measurements again in about a week & a half so we'll see! :-) Thanks for asking.
