I hear ya. Make sure you keep your calves working as your gaining weight. I remember when I shot up 15lbs last spring and then I started jogging again, my calves killed for weeks cause I did all upper body work and forgot to let the legs keep up. I'm all back to proportion now though:)

I do abs once/week. Keeping the fat down is what really seems to have made the difference. Otherwise I just work core like any other muscle

Weekend was really good! I climbed South Sister, a mountain here in Central Oregon. Its a 5000 ft climb to 10358 ft at the top! Slept like a log all Saturday night.

Yeah, I made that mistake. Started at 13" flexed and got up to 15.2" flexed. Then someone called me on it and I watched the video which shows to do it unflexed. Now I'm back down to 13" on the chart. Have to start all over:(

Yeah, I've been really impressed with it. I'd recomment that and a few cups of coffee each day during your cycle. Its a pretty good therm.
