Kind of an experiment to see how big/cut I can get. Not really obsessed or anything, just curious. There are more important things in life. Relationships and ministry.
So I tried to gain some more weight, but it was a lot of fat, and though I know that's the cost of weight gain, i couldn't deal with it. So now I'm trying to cut weight and I will then go back to a slow gain routine.
For a while now I've been lifting under the assumption that you work the Biceps/Triceps/Chest/Back and the forearms will take care of them selves. It turns out that in my experience this is not to be the case at all. I've significantly larger guns than when I started four months ago, but...

Hey man, whats going on? How's the training/bulking going? I bought some Cuts but not starting until December. Want to bulk some more since I'm staying fairly lean this bulk cycle but still gaining weight. Eating better then last time! Later bro!
