Why I Love It:
gets my mind off of things helps me relax, and focus on making myself happy,seeing results and just trying to perfect my body as the romans believed you should.
How I Stay Motivated:
My father said a in 2005 that, when he was my age, he was 260lbs. At that moment he was weighing in at almost six hundred pounds. Just under two years later he died because of heart failure. My father was only 46 years old. Died one month before the birth of his second grandchild. Both my parents were 500+ pounds and neither one lived to enjoy their grandkids. I refuse to follow that trend.

Awww, thank you...very nice of you to say :) Totally different, but my parents are a real motivating factor to me too...only other people I personally know who work out...so I've got to at least keep up with them! LOL Well how's your goal coming along?
