I have always played sports 365 days a year. Track, football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, wrestling, tennis, racquetball....you name it i played. Starting lifting properly in high school and lifting truly in college.
Why I Love It:
With everything, all the diseases, pollutants, processed crap that we have no idea what its going to bring in 10 years.....bodybuilding, gives me a since of control. I know i control my destiny through fitness, and i control, as much as i can, how fit i am tomorrow, 5 years from now, when i am 60.
How I Stay Motivated:
Training for triathlons, knowing i am stronger than the guy on the next bench, faster then the guy on the next treadmill or better than my opponent on the basketball court.
BB Accomplishments:
1st place, Fat Tire division, Try It High Triathlon, Leadville, CO.

True dat! Muscle is sexy! So funny for me to think back to all the years I spent trying to be as 'small' as possible. Small & soft... what the heck was I thinking? I'm much happier now. This lifting lifestyle might be tough, but it's so much more rewarding. Thanks for the kind words!
