I found the Body for Life Program, and fell in love with working out.
Why I Love It:
I have always loved fitness, but when I moved to Italy for three years I also fell in love with food :).. And after having a baby my body is just gone to sh&t. So now I am on the road to the new me..
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at my picture and that motivates me to get to the gym everyday.
BB Accomplishments:
I am working out again. I think that is a major step..
I want to be able to see the muscles that are under all this fat. Would like to either enter a fitness comp or train for a MMA fight. I would love to be able to see my abs under all the belly..
She went from being a chubby girl, to a girl who has a super fit body. I only hope that I can look as good one day..She makes me want to train even harder!
So I only worked out once this week! It was an amazing workout, but I woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain that I had to drive myself to the ER at 3am.. They ran a million test trying to figure out what was wrong, I had pain shooting from right below my breast bone all the way...
I am not on a program, just eating 6x a day and cardio 6 days a week with light weight action. I make sure I have no sugars, watch my fats etc.(I dont cheat at all) I'm not taking any supplements not sure what to take. Been reading everthing I can get my hands on just trying to learn. If you want to know exactly what I eat let me know. Not sure if its 100% right but its working.
Also any tips you may have for me I am all ears!

I am doing something similar. I have read the book BFL. I am doing the Eat-Clean Diet and doing the workouts that I have listed in my blog...you are welcome to view it. I just make sure that I change my routines every 4 weeks and do weights every other day at least 3 x per week.
