Gonna start a cut cycle again.

5 meals every 3 hours + postworkout shake

last 2 meals of the day are fibrous carbs and protein only

going with palm sized portions of protein and complex carbs and fist sized portions of vegetables at each meal.

Nothing too crazy.  I just need to cut some weight for a couple of months. Looking to get to around 15-16% bodyfat and then see where I'm at with training

kcjones86 haha I see you just started shortcut to size, I remember you were doin the body by design the same time as me,and im on shortcut to size now also lol. How are things going? Im doing good, had to take a whole 6 weeks off from training because of wrist tendonitis!! Sucked!! I was in a brace for 6 weeks. only upside is it gave me more than enough time to focus basically on legs and abs and trying to do cardio to get my weight down. May 28, 2012 9:55am

kcjones86 yeah I believe you 100%, ive actually went through that a couple times. It went away and I was ok,then about 2 weeks later the cravings came back and I felt sick again.Sometimes it feels like the dieting plus the working out plus quitting all at once is too much.Its a lot to deal with. Im on week 8 now.Short on time today so gotta work out in a couple minutes and its only 8:30am. Not looking forward to working out this early lol Feb 15, 2012 7:29am

kcjones86 whats up man? im on Week 8 now. Just checkin in with you,making sure youre still doing alright. Week 8 gets tough man,did my shoulder workout today,at this point in the program everything changes,the routines switch up and it goes into that DTP style of training which is pretty hardcore. Not sure if it stays like this for the rest of the weeks or not. But im definitely feeling it in my shoulders and traps I know that lol. Feb 13, 2012 1:44pm

kcjones86 Yeah I actually quit cold turkey man. It was pretty crazy,from a pack a day to just cold turkey quitting after 10 years. It was hard for about 3 days,so I couldnt believe how easy it was after that,should have done it a long time ago lol Jan 25, 2012 12:06pm

kcjones86 im on week 5 of the 12 week transformation,feeling great man. i lost 15 pounds in the first 4 weeks.Also I was a smoker before I started this program, so im fighting multiple battles with dieting,not smoking,plus weight training and cardio.
