Gonna start a cut cycle again.
5 meals every 3 hours + postworkout shake
last 2 meals of the day are fibrous carbs and protein only
going with palm sized portions of protein and complex carbs and fist sized portions of vegetables at each meal.
Nothing too crazy. I just need to cut some weight for a couple of months. Looking to get to around 15-16% bodyfat and then see where I'm at with training
