My oats cooked fast this morning and were delish mixed with the fresh egg whites. I couldn't stomach my Yam today, so I may have to switch out for red potato. Do you eat every 2-3 hours?

So, do you make alot of oatmeal ahead of time? Can you freeze it? Also, do you use prepared egg whites or crack and separate an egg?

I'll probably be asking for alot of advice. Do you drink coffee at all during your training? That will be hard for me to give up.

I train at Clubsport. I'm doing the Oregon Ironman and the Bill Pearl High Desert both in May 09. Do you drink coffee during training?
