Overall Goal: I want to completely transform my body and get in the best shape of my life. My goal is to get to gain 10lbs of muscle and lose 3 inches on my waist (for now)!

I want to completely transform my body and get in the best shape of my life. My goal is to get to gain 10lbs of muscle and lose 3 inches on my waist (for now)!
Goal (Long):
I want to completely transform my body by increasing my chest size 5 - 6 inches, and moving up on bench from 185 to 225 (repping 8 times). I want to have bowling ball shoulders and huge traps, thick biceps and larger forarms! I want to increase my calves by 3 inches and get my squat from 400lbs to 500lbs!
