Realized I was almost 400 lbs. and decide it was time for a change.....
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress reliever, I sleep better, I feel better, and I love the pump you feel when working out!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
My family and friends, and I see all the health issues my dad has, HBP, type 2 diabetes, knee problems, and I dont want to end up like that.....

Week 5 really sucked, I fought and fought to not get sick and catch the flu that had been goin around but ended up catching it anyway. Thought maybe sweatin would help, but I would feel realy good during the workout, but when I was done I felt totally exhausted. I only worked out 3 days...
