How I Started:
i always loved lifting weights and when i was old enough to go to a gym i started going with my friend and i wasnt very good but i started learning and got bigger and did it for about a year and a half. I learned a lot from my father, now i have a trainer and he has taught me a lot as well.
Why I Love It:
love getting bigger really enjoy working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results from all your hard work is very motivating and having your friends there
