How I Started:
Started lifting seriously during my time playing Division 1 baseball. After baseball, started the life of work and didn't make time for the gym. I since stopped making excuses and started working out again this past July 2009 with a purpose.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling that everything I do in the gym is an improvement from the day before and I'm getting better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading the Transformation pages and articles keep me motivated on my goals.
