Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
It's Gold's gym in West Des Moines, one of the coolest gyms I've ever been into. Its really motivating just to step in there.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
A log I made on my computer, I don't keep every last number recorded but at least notes about various exercises and what kind of workout I do.
