Thats sweet! Im only doing a sprint, so 750-30-7.5, so I run 3-4 times a week, cross-train, weight train, and will start back up on swimming again soon. I trained with a triathlon club at my university throughout the year, till my injury. Good times!

At least you didn't let your knee keep you out of the gym completely. As soon as it's healed, you'll bounce back. I'm in Milton (been to London lots, though). Did you enjoy Canada Day long weekend? It was kind of weird falling on the Tuesday, eh?
