  • just in case people are interested in the circuit it goes like this
    1)dumbell/kettlebell/ weighted backpack swings until close to failure
    2) drop weight and do walking/ stepback lunges (close to failure, but can also do more of a stepup motion later to hit hamstrings and keep the motion going)
    3 ) Pick up dumbells and do dumbell circles (using your core as the primary mover but also arms and shoulders to make the weight do a circular rotation. make sure you go both ways :)
    4) High knees, running in place or shadow boxing (makes less noise if you are in uni, have kids etc)until your legs and core are ready to go again.

    repeat as needed
